1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Armani Properties Limited platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Armani Properties Limited ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Bangladeshi law.
• Not be barred from receiving our services under applicable law.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate registration information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Not create multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Complete identity verification (KYC) when required to access full platform features.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.

4. Platform Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Platform to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates third-party rights.

5. Investment and Property Terms

All property investments and purchases made through our Platform are subject to separate Property Sale Agreements. The following general terms apply:

• All property listings are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• Investment returns, where described, are projections and not guaranteed outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before any investment decision.
• Armani Properties Limited is not a financial advisor and nothing on this Platform constitutes financial advice.
• All properties are subject to applicable Bangladeshi laws, including RAJUK regulations.

6. Payments and Fees

All payments made through the Platform must be in accordance with the payment terms specified in your Property Sale Agreement or instalment plan. You acknowledge that:

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
• Late payment fees may apply as outlined in your individual agreement.
• Refund eligibility is governed by the terms of your specific Property Sale Agreement.
• You are responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees imposed by your payment provider.
• All prices are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.

7. Referral Programme

Our referral programme allows existing members to invite new users using a unique referral code. Referral commissions and rewards are subject to separate referral programme terms and are contingent upon the referred user completing registration and a qualifying transaction. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Armani Properties Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Armani Properties Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Armani Properties Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
